Shipping policy

By placing an order through this Website you agree to the following terms. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement in order to mutually protect our service and set expectations.

1. General 

Subject to availability. We try to keep stock counts accurate on our website, but occasionally stock discrepancies may occur and we may not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will ship you the available items and contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you would like us to issue a refund.

2. Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order. Shipping costs will be charged with your purchase.

This price will be the final price of the shipping cost to the customer.

3. Return

Return Due to Change of Mind 

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the return request is received within 14 days of receipt of the product and it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in a resealable condition.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and they will be required to arrange shipping themselves.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via email when this process is complete.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We will be happy to honor valid warranty claims provided that the claim is made within 90 days of receipt of the products.

Customers will be required to prepay return shipping costs , but we will refund you if the warranty claim is successful.

After receipt of the items returned for warranty claim , you may expect : 7 days to process your warranty claim.

Once the warranty claim is approved, you will have the following options:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) refund in store credit

(c) a replacement product sent to you (if stock is available)

 

4. Delivery Conditions 

4.1 International Transit Time

Orders are usually shipped to UK, US and EU countries within 6-10 business days. Other international shipments take 15-20 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you choose. We are able to provide a more specific estimate when you select your courier at checkout.

4.2 Delivery Time

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is paid

Our warehouse operates during standard business hours Monday to Friday, except on public holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

In case of a shipping address change request, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.

4.4 Out of Stock Products

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to become available before shipping your order. Any available items in the order will be reserved while we wait for this item.

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate . 

5. Packages Damaged During Transport

If you find that a package has been damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being there, please contact customer service regarding next steps.

6. Duties and Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of goods displayed on the website.

6.2 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties on international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and Hustleoclock encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the items will be returned at the customer's expense and the customer will be refunded for the value of the items paid minus the return shipping cost. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

7. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped please see our refund policy.

8. Insurance

Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

8.1 Process for packages damaged during transportation

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation of the claim.

8.2 Process for package lost during transportation

Once we conduct an investigation and deem the package lost, we will issue a refund or replacement.
