Refunds

Unfortunately, sometimes the product(s) you have selected may not be in stock or we may encounter some issues with our stock and quality controls. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed in advance so that you do not have to worry about your order unnecessarily. If you have purchased via online payment (not Cash on Delivery), you will be refunded once our team has approved your request.

We perform a comprehensive quality check before processing the ordered product. We take the utmost care when packaging the product. We also ensure that the packaging is good so that the items are not damaged during transportation. Please note that Semluno Concepts is not responsible for any damage to the items during transportation or shipping.

Once we receive your returned item, we will revise it and if it meets the guidelines above, we will refund your purchase. It may take a few days for your refund to be processed, but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Transport

Semluno Concepts is responsible for return shipping costs. All return shipping is paid by Semluno Concepts, even if the item did not have free shipping in the first place.
